Your portal login link is sent by email after your consultation. If you have not received it or need help accessing your records, please contact the clinic directly.

General post-procedure guidance

Sleep with your head elevated for the first 3 nights to minimise swelling.
Begin gentle saline sprays to the recipient area from day 1 as instructed by DrQ.
Avoid direct sun, swimming, and strenuous exercise for at least 2 weeks.
Transplanted hairs will shed at 2–6 weeks — this is completely normal and expected.
New growth begins at 3–4 months; full results are visible at 12–18 months.
Contact the clinic immediately if you experience unusual pain, swelling, discharge, or signs of infection.
