1. About these terms

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Harley Street Hairline website at harleystreethairline.co.uk and the services provided by Dr Anzal Qurbain MBBS BSc(Hons) MBA FFPM (GMC: 4369286), practising from 19 Harley Street Hospital, London W1G 9PF (“the Practice”, “we”, “us”). Please read them carefully before submitting an assessment or booking a consultation.

By using this website or submitting an assessment you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Private assessment submissions

The online private assessment form allows you to share photographs and information about your hair loss so that Dr Qurbain can provide a personal opinion on your suitability for an FUE hair transplant procedure.

Submitting an assessment does not constitute a booking or a medical consultation, and does not create a doctor-patient relationship.
The assessment response is a clinical opinion based solely on the information and photographs you provide. It is not a diagnosis or a treatment plan.
Assessment responses are provided within 1–2 working days as a guide only and are not guaranteed within any specific timeframe.
There is no fee for submitting a private assessment. You are under no obligation to proceed to a consultation or treatment.
Photographs submitted are used solely for clinical assessment purposes and are stored securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. Consultations

A formal doctor-patient relationship is established only upon booking and attending a paid consultation.

Initial consultation fees are displayed on our Pricing page and are payable in full at the time of booking.
Consultations may be conducted in-person at 19 Harley Street Hospital or by secure video call.
A consultation provides a full clinical assessment, personalised treatment recommendation, and graft estimate. It does not guarantee that a procedure will be recommended or performed.
Consultation fees are non-refundable if you cancel with less than 48 hours notice or fail to attend without notice. If you cancel with more than 48 hours notice, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 working days.

4. Surgical procedures

Procedures are confirmed only once a signed consent form and deposit have been received. The deposit amount will be confirmed at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is due in full no later than 7 days before the procedure date.
If you cancel a booked procedure with more than 14 days notice, your deposit will be refunded in full. Cancellations within 14 days of the procedure date are non-refundable unless exceptional circumstances apply, at Dr Qurbain’s discretion.
In the unlikely event that we need to reschedule or cancel your procedure, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

5. No guarantee of results

Hair transplant outcomes depend on individual patient factors including donor density, scalp laxity, ongoing hair loss progression, age, and general health. While Dr Qurbain will use all reasonable skill and care, we cannot guarantee:

A specific graft yield, density, or aesthetic outcome
That transplanted hair will not be affected by future hair loss
That the procedure will achieve a particular cosmetic appearance

Any before and after photographs shown on this website are genuine patient results. They are illustrative of possible outcomes and do not represent a guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.

6. Photography and consent

Before any procedure, you will be asked to provide written consent confirming your understanding of the procedure, risks, expected recovery, and realistic outcomes. Photography of the scalp before, during and after the procedure is part of the standard clinical record and is covered by your signed consent.

We will not use your photographs in any marketing material, on the website, or in any public forum without your separate, explicit written consent.

7. Website content

The content on this website is provided for general information only. It is not intended to constitute medical advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for a formal clinical consultation with a qualified medical professional. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and up to date but make no warranty as to its completeness.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Practice shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or economic losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Complaints

We are committed to providing an excellent standard of care. If you have a concern or complaint, please contact us in the first instance at hello@harleystreethairline.co.uk. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 2 working days and provide a full response within 20 working days.

If you remain dissatisfied, you may contact the General Medical Council (gmc-uk.org) or the Independent Sector Complaints Adjudication Service (iscas.org.uk).

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
